Synthesis of Triblock (PL-PEG-PL) and PUs A series of triblock polyurethane consisting of PL, PEG, and PCL were prepared via three-step polymerization reactions (Scheme 1). In the first reaction, the triblock copolymers PL-PEG-PL were synthesized through the ring opening polymerization of lactide (LA) in the presence of bifunctional macro-monomer dihydroxy PEG as initiator and stannous octoate as the catalyst.
