To the Editor, Chylous effusions are a rare but severe complication in lymphoma patients, with morbidity and treatment interruption. Traditional treatment options, including dietary modification, total parenteral nutrition and surgery, have limited utility and do not adequately address the underlying lymphatic pathology. Minimally invasive lymphangiography (IL) and embolisation have offered alternatives with precise visualisation and effective treatment of lymphatic leaks.
