1 Introduction Oroantral communication (OAC) and oroantral fistula (OAF) are pathological openings between the maxillary sinus and the oral cavity, most frequently resulting from the extraction of maxillary posterior teeth, implant procedures, or surgical interventions involving cysts and tumours of the upper jaw.

1 Introduction Pseudoaneurysms following third molar extractions are exceedingly rare vascular complications, with nearly all of the available literature comprising isolated case reports. As a result, high-quality evidence remains scarce, and much of our current understanding stems from anecdotal data. Third molar extraction is one of the most common surgical procedures performed [1] and is often accompanied by various complications.
