Monique Wingard is an educator, digital literacy advocate, and journalist whose work focuses on the intersection of education, technology, and community impact across Ohio. Her reporting explores how innovation shows up in real life—from youth digital literacy and critical thinking to civic technology, smart city efforts, and workforce development.

Through both her writing and educational initiatives, she champions digital literacy and media awareness—helping students and educators navigate today’s digital world with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
