Advancing the Korpelevich method: a new approach to equilibrium problems on Hadamard manifolds

Abstract We devise a relaxed-inertial subgradient extragradient method for solving pseudomonotone equilibrium problems on Hadamard manifolds. The method uses a self-adaptive step size that does not depend on the Lipschitz constant. Under suitable conditions, we demonstrate that every sequence produced by the proposed algorithms converges to a solution of the equilibrium problem.

The small molecule simufilam dose-dependently attenuates the worsening of seizures in a mouse model of tuberous sclerosis complex

Simufilam attenuated the worsening of seizures over time in Tsc1 conditional knockout mice. A positive correlation was found between improved seizure outcome and simufilam dose as well as plasma concentration. Simufilam, an oral small molecule, displayed rapid absorption, dose-dependent pharmacokinetics, and low accumulation after repeated oral dosing in mice.
