BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - More than a dozen food establishments in Jefferson County failed to meet “satisfactory compliance” standards in May and require a follow up inspection. As of Friday morning, 17 food establishments scored below an 85, according to the Jefferson County Department of Health. Cajun Steamer Bar and Grill in Trussville and Legacy Prep Intermediate Charter School both scored a 72, the lowest score of the month, however, Legacy Prep scored a 98 after reinspection.
