Leanne O'Donnell’s Biography
I'm actively engaged in issues where policy, law and technology intersect.
In the telecommunications sector, my previous roles include working in regulatory affairs and industry engagement with the Security Group at NBN Co and iiNet.
As a senior lawyer, I played a central role in the landmark iiNet copyright litigation, from trial through to the unanimous High Court win. I've also had day-to-day conduct of complex commercial litigation in the Federal and Supreme Courts.
