1 Introduction Owing to their potential use as solid-state lightening sources and high-resolution flat panel display, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) having multi-layer structures got a lot of interest since Tang and his colleagues initially described them (Tang and VanSlyke, 1987; Adachi et al., 2001; Zhang et al., 2014a; Chan et al., 2018; Liu et al., 2018; Wada et al., 2020).
