Intramedullary schwannomas of the conus medullaris are rare and mimic more common spinal tumors. MRI supports diagnosis, but histopathology is definitive. Subtotal resection helps preserve neurological function in eloquent regions, while multidisciplinary rehabilitation enhances outcomes, even in resource-limited settings.

Bladder diverticulum, with a pediatric incidence of approximately 1.7%, should be considered in infants presenting with progressive abdominal distension and urinary symptoms. Early imaging with ultrasound and voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) is essential for diagnosis, especially when large abdominal masses are palpable.
