We retrieved clinical information, survival data, gene mutation details, and RNA sequencing data (RNA-seq) from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, encompassing a total of 415 samples, comprising 365 HCC samples and 50 normal samples. Subsequently, we acquired validation cohorts for HCC, GSE14520, from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, and ICGC data from the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) database.
