Today’s the Day! Luna Meets Lily is an educational book full of exciting adventures that showcase the wonders of nature and the beauty of unexpected friendships through the lifecycle of a butterfly. “Could today be the day?” Luna wonders. Luna is a lonely puppy in a new home until she meets a tiny caterpillar in the backyard forest. Now, Luna has someone to visit each day, but the next day, the caterpillar eventually disappears inside a cocoon. Luna worries she’ll never make new friends.

Miloo and Friends is a thought-provoking story woven around polar bears with a strong message of saving our planet. As we all know, glaciers are melting due to climate change and global warming, and it affects the lives of Arctic animals like Polar bears, and they don’t get proper food for some days. This adorable picture book spreads awareness about global warming and inspires us to protect polar bears and other vulnerable species around the world.

I just loved the concept of this book to teach children about African-American women inventors and inspire young girls to follow their dreams. Did you know about Madam CJ Walker, the first self-made African American millionaire, Maria Van Brittan Brown, who invented the home security system, and Alice H. Parker, who invented Thermostat? We Can Do It! is about a young girl, Raven, who enjoys doing science experiments and wants to invent something.
