1. Introduction To mitigate climate change, the power system supply relies on more renewable generation. However, the volatility and uncertainty of renewable resources pose new challenges to the distribution system management. So the increasing penetration of distributed generation resources in the distribution networks leads to the focus on effective, efficient, and economic operation of a distribution network.

1. Introduction With the Chinese national energy strategic goals of having carbon dioxide emissions peak before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060, China has entered a period of rapid development in wind and photovoltaic power [1]. By the end of 2022, the cumulative installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic in China will have reached 328 GW and 306 GW, respectively, accounting for 13.8% and 12.9% of the total installed capacity of power generation.
