ABSTRACT Reflective practice is central to clinical education, yet the emphasis has largely been placed on student reflection rather than on clinical educator self reflection. In addition, limited tools exist to support educators’ reflexive practices. This article explored the use of audio diaries as a reflexive tool and their perceived impact on self reflective growth, teaching practices, and feedback among seven speech language pathology clinical educators.
