This recipe was a favorite at Etz Chaim Preschool when I taught there, and it became a favorite among my extended family as well. It makes a moist, sweet cake that appeals to all ages! Ingredients: 1 Duncan Hines spice cake mix 1 small box instant butterscotch pudding 1 cup honey 1 cup brewed hot coffee 1/2 cup oil 1 mashed banana 4 eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla extract Directions: Mix all ingredients well for about 6 minutes (you can use a standup mixer or a food processor).
