Hundreds of newspapers have ceased printing or have moved to subscriber-only digital services in recent years. But there is one newspaper -- with a unique readership -- which continues to thrive. Inspired by a newspaper in the UK, 'About Time' launched locally in Australia in 2024, written largely by current and former inmates around the country. The hope is it makes inmates feel more connected - and that it offers a window for the rest of us on the world behind bars.

When you think of Newcastle, you might picture giant ships accessing the world's largest coal port. But the region is also home to a large and internationally significant wetland, one that's been painstakingly restored over years to protect mangroves, salt marsh, threatened animals and dozens of native birds. Craig Copeland has led the way - from senior roles at New South Wales Fisheries to founding OzFish - an army of recreational fishers to help repair and build fish habitats around the country.
