TYLER, Texas — The FBI has joined the search for the person responsible for a shooting that critically injured a 5-year-old boy inside a Tyler apartment complex and the community is stepping up to fundraise for the family. The child was shot around 10:45 p.m. Friday at the Victory Park Apartments on North Grand Avenue near Texas College.
