ROMANIA: German fan and motor manufacturer EBM‑Papst has officially opened its new €30m facility in Oradea, Romania. The new facility in the Oradea II Industrial Park brings together various functions under one roof. In addition to the 4,100m² production area, the site includes a 5,300m² warehouse and logistics areas and 3,200m² of offices. The investment has also included the establishment of a 1,200m² research and development centre for the design and testing of new generations of fans.

ITALY: Galflo Eco Green is a new generation of brazing fluxes developed by Italian company Pietro Galliani to meet health and safety concerns, while maintaining high technical performance. Formulated to eliminate the reprotoxic hazard statements H360 and H361, the Galflo Eco Green range is also boric acid-free and REACH compliant. Meanwhile, performance remains equivalent to traditional fluxes.

BELGIUM: Trane has added FLEX N, new range of modular full-inverter scroll R290 air-cooled chillers. Employing inverter scroll compressors and EC fans, the Flex N air-cooled chiller is available in four sizes and capacities of 64kW-125kW. An extended operating map on both operating ambient temperature (-20°C to 46°C) and leaving water temperature (-12°C to +25°C) makes the unit suitable for a wide range of applications.
