Yuzu is just a little more complex than lemon. There are a ton of delicious yuzu sodas on the market that we like, but Yuzu Kimino has risen to the top (readily available online; Moshi and Sanzo are also good choices). It's bright and tart but not too sweet.

It is truly decadence in a glass, but in the most delightful way.
