With lots of unused space in the city, urban agriculture is taking off. This farm was but one part of the Urban Agriculture initiative, a partnership between WIBC Innovation and the Johannesburg Inner City Partnership and it aimed to help emerging urban farmers as well as bring agriculture to the city.
