1. Introduction Biological rhythms are behavioral, physiological, and molecular functions that are synchronized with the external environment. The most studied biological rhythm is the circadian rhythm, which allows organisms to adapt to changes caused by the light/day cycle in a 24-h period. That rhythm arose in response to the Earth’s rotation movement, which dictates daily variations in light and temperature [1,2].
