Almost all (92%) of HR decision-makers believe their organisation is meeting menopausal employees’ needs, yet 40% of women say they are unaware of any menopause policies, according to poll results published by Benenden Health yesterday (19 January). Nearly three in 10 women (28%) are considering leaving their jobs due to menopause symptoms, and 7% have already quit, according to the healthcare provider Benenden Health's poll of 2,000 UK working women aged 40-to-65, and 500 HR decision-makers.
