A Changing Landscape For Commercial Disputes
Buckles Law are most popular: within Corporate/Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction and Privacy topic(s) with Senior Company Executives, HR and Finance and Tax Executives in United Kingdom For many years, the way commercialdisputeswere resolved followed quite a formulaic route. New fav claude CLI commands: /primer & /wrap-up
I have been weaving command into my daily workflow quite frequently lately! It all started when I realized I was repeating the same set of requests or questions to claude at specific intervals, the start of the conversation and when I was ready to wrap up and get all the lint and tests passing.
Session Vs. Memory in claude CLI /memory: Finally Context That Survives!
There are TWO features in the new /memory capability in claude CLI: -session -memory I discovered this after inspecting /context after JUST starting a new claude session and running my new fav command at startup /primer (more on this amazing command in another article) and seeing I had already taken up about 12 bubbles!!! WAY too much for the start of a session.
SPARC Quality Gates and AI Infused Web App development
I use claude CLI to write my web application on the side that I love. It's a NextJS app with supabase. After creating my own system of writing features with .md docs I needed a better and more reliable system. I started with a TDD approach being an old-school developer and I'll tell you why. TDD forced me to think about now only how the code SHOULD work but edge cases I would not normally consider when diving straight into code.
What is Completion Bias and how does it impact end of lifecycle
I write in claude what me and my wife would qualify as ‘constantly’ so it became really frustrating when at the end of a very long running task (more on long running tasks later) and claude would we ready to declare victory! Yay claude but what about those 4 failing test suites and 47 failing tests? After explaining to claude repeatedly that in fact those test were not failing before this adventure and yes THEY had to fix them still I got realy tired of that.
Reclaiming context with claude code CLI
When I first learned about using the /context command I was under the impression that once those little bubbles of context were used up they were sealed off forever. After using claude more I have really grown to appreciate the foresight it provides and I am using it in my overall workflow much more frequently. I use 2 MCP tools currently. chrome devtools supabase I rarely use devtools at this point and prefer a much fast copy paste approach to debugging but the supabase mcp has proved invaluable.

How do you know you have a binding contract? The latest word on intention to create legal relations and sub-contracting
What you need to know • The Full Federal Court in [2025] FCAFC 85 has reaffirmed the critical role of objective intention to create legal relations in contract formation, and the challenges in seeking to establish an intention to be bound in a commercial context, where ambiguous language is used and key terms remain to be agreed. • The Court emphasised the need to closely analyse the commercial context, the words used by the parties and the extent to which key terms were agreed.
The U.S. Pharma Premium: Who's Really Paying The Price?
Until the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) took effect in 2022, the U.S. was the only major developed country that historically excluded government negotiation of prescription drug prices. While the U.S. represents roughly 70% of global biopharmaceutical profits, it also plays an outsized role in driving drug discovery and advancing medical innovation—contributing to breakthroughs that cure diseases, extend life, and improve quality of life.
The depot difference and why location matters in clinical trials
A recent example of this evolution can be seen in Brazil, where the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) introduced Resolution No. 945/2024, which took effect in early 2025. This regulation simplifies clinical trial approvals by introducing tacit approvals for clinical trial dossiers, simultaneous submissions to regulatory authorities (Anvisa) and ethics review boards (CEP/CONEP), and pre-approval importation of investigational products, provided local compliance standards are met.

Controls for temperature and humidity during storage and transportation must be considered. These need to be monitored in real time, with risk management systems and continuity plans in place in case of control failures.

There’s something to be said about the damn audacity of black straight people when It comes to representation. We as black people bitch and moan to the powers that be that representation in predominately white movies and TV shows matter. Yet in the same breath, when black LGBTQ ask and demand for representation, we’re either met with the same tired phrases “stop rocking the boat” or “you’ll get your turn soon.” This has got to stop.
