Bahrain activated warning sirens on Thursday morning and urged citizens and residents to move to the nearest safe location as tensions escalated between the US and Iran. Sharjah motorists will face temporary traffic diversions between University City and Ard Al Maahid from Saturday, July 4, as construction continues on access roads linked to the Etihad Rail station project. The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (STRA) said the changes will remain in place until Sunday, August 23 and follow approved alternative routes set out in the traffic management plan.
