With a degree in journalism from Truman State University, Nicole started her career in newspaper and radio broadcast covering the weekend news desk.

Nicole is currently comics editor for ComicBook, where she was previously a staff writer covering all things movies, television, and comics. Previously Nicole was a founding science and technology writer for the now-defunct SciTechNerds and has also been a guest contributor for various other publications.

An avid music fan, film nerd, and pop culture addict, Nicole loves all things entertainment as well as the intersections of entertainment and mental health.

She presently resides in the Kansas City area.
