A bibliometric analysis of agricultural engineering research in China (2020–2024)
Abstract Agricultural engineering (AE) is crucial for sustainable agriculture. China prioritizes AE research, yet a systematic bibliometric analysis of its recent output was lacking. This study maps the landscape, hotspots, and trends of China’s AE research (2020–2024). Bibliometric analysis was conducted on 12,158 articles/reviews from Web of Science Core Collection (WC = Agricultural Engineering; Country = China; 2020–2024) using CiteSpace software.

High-throughput screening identifies NT-1 that synergizes with MRTX1133 against acquired resistant KRAS G12D colorectal cancer
Abstract Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) remains a significant clinical challenge, with a 5-year survival rate of 10%. Approximately 40% of CRCs harbor mutations in the KRAS gene, leading to poor response to standard therapy. This underscores the crucial need for novel therapeutics targeting KRAS and overcoming the growing barrier of resistance.
Aryl Halide-Driven Nickel Photocatalytic Decarboxylative Elimination
Aryl Halide Effects To assess how aryl halides influence the reaction pathway toward arylation or β-hydride elimination, we began our studies under established nickel photoredox conditions. (5,53) Using aspartic acid 7 as a model substrate, we systematically varied the electronic and steric properties of the aryl halide to probe their effect on the reactivity of the proposed Ni(III) intermediate ( Figure 2 , top).

Association between Serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Level and Risk of Anemia
Introduction Anemia is a common health problem worldwide. Low blood erythrocyte count, or hemoglobin deficiency, results in decreased oxygen carrying capacity and an inability to meet metabolic needs. Anemia is generally characterized by hemoglobin (HGB) levels, hematocrit, or red blood cell counts falling below typical age- and sex-adjusted ranges.1 An estimated 1.6 billion people globally suffer from anemia to varied degrees, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
Light regulates nuclear detainment of intron-retained transcripts through COP1-spliceosome to modulate photomorphogenesis - Nature Communications
Abstract Intron retention (IR) is the most common alternative splicing event in Arabidopsis. An increasing number of studies have demonstrated the major role of IR in gene expression regulation. The impacts of IR on plant growth and development and response to environments remain underexplored. Here, we found that IR functions directly in gene expression regulation on a genome-wide scale through the detainment of intron-retained transcripts (IRTs) in the nucleus.

Thermodynamic Properties of Ether-Functionalized Ionic Liquids [COC4mim][Tau]
The ether-functionalized ionic liquid 1-(4-methoxy-butyl)-3-methylimidazolium taurine [COC4mim][Tau] was prepared and characterized. The density (ρ), surface tension (γ), and refractive index (nD) were measured at 288.15–328.15 K using a standard addition method. The molar volume (V), standard entropy (Sθ), lattice energy (Ulattice), surface entropy (Sa), surface energy (Ea), and molar surface Gibbs free energy (Gm,s) were calculated using the density and surface tension data.
Influencing Factors of Elevated Levels of Potentially Toxic Elements in Agricultural Soils from Typical Karst Regions of China
1. Introduction The contamination of potentially toxic elements (PTEs) in agricultural lands has emerged as a global concern due to the growing recognition of the importance of safe food production. The karst areas in southwestern China have been known to have high geochemical background values of various PTEs (Cd, Hg, As, Cr, Pb, Zn, Ni and Cu) in soils [1,2,3,4,5]. The high geochemical background of PTEs in these areas is related to the local carbonate rock parent materials [6].

Graphene Oxide Membranes for Ionic/Molecular Filtration: From Self-Assembly to Design
Abstract : The graphene oxide (GO) membrane holds great promise in desalination and green energy fields due to its naturally occurring nanochannels, which provide significant advantages in gas and ion filtration. In this study, the sizes and distributions of nanopore/channels in GO membranes and the relationship of GO flakes size and membrane thickness are explored by molecular dynamics simulations.

Frequency‐dependent dynamic moduli prediction for general bio‐inspired staggered platelet reinforced composites
Abstract Load-bearing biological staggered composites, like nacre, teeth, and bone, possess an exceptional combination of material properties like high stiffness and high toughness. To date, most of the analytical research are for nacre-like bio-inspired staggered composites, with highly overlapped platelets. But the collagen fibril-like staggered composites, with slender or barely overlapped platelets, are out of their scope. This motivates this work.

Preparation of Pickering Emulsion for Antibacterial, Anti-Inflammatory and Wound Healing
1. Introduction Wound healing is a complex process that generally involves four sequential processes such as hemostasis, anti-inflammation, new blood vessel formation and new tissue maturation. Rapid restoration of the skin to its integrity can limit dehydration and prevent the development of infection [1] [2] [3] . This requires the synergistic action of antibacterial [4] [5] , anti-inflammatory [6] and substances that promote fibroblast proliferation [7] .
