Article Highlights • Type of research: Single-center retrospective cohort study. • Key Findings: Applicants to an integrated vascular surgery residency offered an interview were more likely to have letters of recommendation written by vascular surgeons, program directors, and those of higher academic rank with references to research and teaching, though these factors were not significantly associated with top 20 rank.
