Are tourists revisiting for the taste? Exploring local cuisine's influence on sustainable tourism in the Western Indian Himalayas
ABSTRACT This study investigates the influence of local food on various dimensions of sustainable tourism and revisit intentions of tourists. The respondents of the study are tourists visiting the Western Himalayan area of India, specifically main tourist attractions of Himachal Pradesh. This study utilises a non-probability sampling method. The present study encompasses a sample of 250 tourists visiting several tourist spots in Himachal Pradesh.

1 Introduction The apple processing industry primarily generates apple pomace (AP) as its main byproduct. It is mainly composed of the skin, seeds, and stems that remain after the juice extraction from the fruit. AP is a solid leftover that is generated after the separation of apple juice and comprises about 25%–30% of the total processed apples (Zaky et al. 2024). Every day, millions of tons of AP are produced throughout the world.

Abstract The plant apoplast and Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) harbor various RNA types, including small RNAs, long non-coding RNAs, and circular RNAs that traverse kingdom boundaries via encapsulation within EVs. Viroid RNAs, which are pathogenic circular non-coding RNAs, move across kingdoms, from plants to insects and fungi. However, the molecular mechanism underlying this cross-kingdom trafficking remains largely elusive.

Synthesis of Pyrazolo-azepinone Derivatives via Morita-Baylis-Hillman Chemistry as Potent Antimicrobial Agents A new approach has been devised toward an efficient synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-c]azepinone derivatives using Morita-Baylis-Hillman (MBH) reaction of ethyl 4-formyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylates. The MBH adducts were acetylated and exposed to SN2´ reaction with various amines to afford the diversely substituted pyrazolo[3,4-c]azepinones.
