PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State baseball team dropped their final game of the regular season to Seattle U, but the Cougars have already secured a spot in the upcoming Mountain West Conference Tournament. Despite losing their Tuesday night regular season finale, the Cougars (27-25, 15-9 MWC) still showed some fight by rallying from a 10-2 deficit in the sixth inning to tie the game and give themselves a shot at the win in the ninth inning with the tying run on third base.
