Background: To investigate the effects of emotionfocused therapy (EFT) on weight restoration and emotion regulation in adolescents with anorexia nervosa (AN). Methods: This retrospective study included 188 adolescents with AN treated at Chongqing Mental Health Center between January 2023 and December 2025. According to treatment methods, patients were divided into a control group and an EFT group.
