Indiana court revises sentence for man who shot at wife hours after not guilty verdict
The Indiana Court of Appeals is knocking two years off the sentence of a man who shot at his estranged wife and pointed a gun at his teenage stepdaughter in and around their Hobart home. Ariel Ginjauma Jr., 46, originally received a 22-year sentence after pleading guilty in 2025 to attempted aggravated battery and criminal confinement — both level 3 felonies, according to court records.
