1. Introduction Consider a scenario where a person starts at a location and delivers packages one at a time to different locations. A requirement is that they must return to the starting location after each delivery. One question that arises is, are there different starting locations that have the same total distance for the deliveries? This problem is tied to the metric of closeness centrality, which is prominent in the social and biological network analysis literature [1,2,3].
