1 Introduction State partitioning is a well-established technique for increasing system throughput. However, predicting an optimal partition is a complex task, and static parallelism determined at startup is often insufficient for dynamic workloads Alchieri et al. [1]. Consequently, dynamic partition reconfiguration during execution is essential for fully exploring the available parallelism.
