Abstract Depression is common among patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC), yet the prognostic relevance of antidepressant (AD) use during targeted therapy (TT) remains unclear. This study evaluated the association between AD use and overall survival (OS) in mRCC patients receiving first-line TT. This multicenter retrospective cohort study included 328 patients with mRCC treated with first-line TT between January 2015 and January 2025.

Abstract This study aimed to investigate the predictive value of serum lipid levels, total cholesterol (TC)/ high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ratio (TC/HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglycerides in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) treated with targeted therapy, sunitinib or pazopanib. A total of 111 mRCC patients were enrolled in this study.
