What is already known about the topic? • Co-production with community members can help widen access to information and support, design appropriate services and conduct appropriate research; however, there is little practical guidance on what co-production entails in palliative and end-of-life care. • Uptake rates for Advance Care Planning are low, especially for people from minoritised ethnic communities, who experience barriers to accessing information and resources.
