Comics to slip into your suitcase this summer
In July and August, there are more opportunities to catch up in the comics department. Manga, comics, Franco-Belgian comics, graphic novels... The embarrassment of choice is such that it is sometimes difficult to know where to turn. The editorial staff of Le Figaro presents here its favorites. Here are eight essential albums, for all tastes, released in recent weeks. Enough to bubble all summer.
Snowpiercer 1-3 Boxed Set
On a future, frozen Earth, a train that never stops circumnavigates the globe. On board: all of humanity that we could save from the great disaster that wrapped the planet in ice. At the front of the train, the survivors live in comfort and luxury - at the rear, their lives are worse than cattle, trapped in the squalid dark.
INDIE VIEW: In ALTITUDE growing up happens in dangerous terrain
-Advertisement- Altitude Written by Olivier Bocquet Written and Illustrated by Jean-Marc Rochette Translated by Edward Gauvin SelfMadeHero I was recently standing at a local landmark called Witt’s Ledge, the cliff atop a former quarry looking down 1100 feet and thinking what a nightmare it would be to climb.
