1 Introduction The rapid evolution of wireless communication networks has led to an exponential increase in data traffic, necessitating efficient utilisation of network resources. Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) architectures have emerged as a promising solution to address the challenges of next-generation networks by promoting openness, virtualisation, and intelligence in RAN components (Telecom C 2020).
