He is an amazing spiritual thought leader and creative who’s creating businesses, but also wrote books with over a million copies sold. I have seen ’em talk at the Summit of Greatness, which is an amazing conference, which only a handful of amazing, inspiring people get to talk to every year, and Erwin was one of the speakers.

The 5 Personalities of the Sales Apocalypse
The salespeople on our team, much like salespeople everywhere, were struggling to make sales by using a loser’s formula. During nearly every sales call, they shifted from persona to persona, appealing to whatever emotional state the buyer was in at that moment. It boiled down to five different personas, or archetypes. This change from persona to persona confuses buyers, who crave consistency and certainty from people they’re doing business with.

The 5 Best but Unheard-Of Success Books (I'll Bet You $1 You Don't Know Them)
I read a borderline OCD’ish amount of books. I don’t know how many I’ve read exactly—I’m too busy reading to count things. But I’ve been pouring through them pretty much non-stop since I was negative 9 months old, from when my dad started reading to my mom’s belly, up until just 30 minutes ago when I took one of my many daily book breaks. It’s a lot, whatever it is. My house could probably serve as a backup to the library of Congress if it ever got burned down, let’s put it that way.
Top Sales Books to Hit Your Growth Goals in 2017
With the new year fast approaching, it's time to get your bookshelf in order. Every year around this time, I plan out which books I'll read throughout the year. I don't care about novels or the latest book-turned-blockbuster film. My time is valuable, so my reading list has to deliver immediate ROI. I look up to leaders and entrepreneurs who place an emphasis on reading voraciously and continually learning. There's so much you can gain as a salesman by dedicating yourself to reading.
How best to handle five common sales scenarios
The most successful entrepreneurs are great salespeople. Have you ever seen Steve Jobs, Elon Musk or Mark Benioff presenting in front of thousands of people, all eagerly listening and buying into their vision? If Jobs, Musk or Benioff weren’t true masters of sales and fantastic storytellers, there would be no Apple, Tesla or Salesforce. Here’s an ironic statistic for you: After a presentation, 63 per cent of attendees remember stories, and only 5 per cent remember statistics.
Zero to One Audiobook
What made the experience of listening to Zero to One the most enjoyable? I am a fan of Peter Thiel, and have read the notes from the Stanford course upon which this book is based. The course notes are better because they expound better on the broad concepts. In the end, the audiobook is certainly worth the price of purchase, but I fail to give it 5 stars because I know from these notes that Thiel can do better.

Scrum Audiobook | Jeff Sutherland, JJ Sutherland | Audible.com
The book had some really good overall concepts, which I have no doubt work very well when implemented. I definitely agree with all that the author spoke on about organizations needing to use a different method and scrum really does sound like a great option. I will likely bring it up in my own place of work.
