Interning at In These Times, a progressive magazine based in Chicago.

It makes some things better. But -- and this is important -- it also makes some things worse.

They're not funny, generally.

Email.

A computer. A phone.

Twitter. Least favorite is also Twitter.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Some alright essays here and there in The New Republic.
