1 Introduction The continuous increase in urban population (The World Bank 2018) generates numerous problem areas, primarily in accessing housing and basic services (Korkmaz and Balaban 2020). This situation leads to complex usage scenarios both above and below ground to meet the needs of urban area settlers (Kim and Heo 2017). In the horizontal and vertical usage patterns of land, condominium units with private and common area usage rights are functional.
