Umbilical cord anomalies are rare. SUA being the most common and Umbilical cord aneurysms the rarest. Umbilical vein aneurysms are commonly associated with FGR, risk of aneuploidy esp. T18 and risk of fetal demise due to hemodynamic catastrophes. A 29-year-old primipara presented at 35 weeks of gestation with c/o reduced fetal movements. USG revealed a male fetus with sluggish fetal movements. The AC was at 10th centile, while EFW stood at 30th centile.
