Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) has announced the appointment of Louise Chalkley as the new Standards Committee chair. Chalkley succeeds SAUL chief transformation officer, Donna Maguire, who has chaired the Committee for many years. To her new role, Chalkley brings extensive pensions administration experience and a strong understanding of the standards and behaviours needed to deliver consistently good outcomes for schemes and members.

EV has appointed Chet Velani as chief executive officer. Velani takes on the role after more than 18 years with the business, having joined EV as a graduate in 2008 and progressed through a range of leadership positions spanning actuarial, sales, marketing, product and executive management. Most recently, he served as managing director.

The Swedish Fund Selection Agency (FTN) has announced the completion of its procurement of sustainability analysis systems. The selected providers are Clarity AI and MSCI, which signed contracts with FTN in January, and are set to run for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to six years in total. The systems procured are expected to be used both during the fund procurement process and for the ongoing monitoring of funds included in the premium pension platform.
