I was diagnosed with cancer at 50. At 73, I'm stronger than ever, thanks to these 3 habits
Pam Jackson As Told To Andi Breitowich When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002 at 50 years old, it shook me to my core. I had a fulfilling career, was deeply involved in the lives of my three teenage children, and was an active member of my community. Suddenly, it felt like I no longer had control of my life. I thought it was the beginning of the end, but I was determined to fight. My treatment consisted of surgery, radiation and a hysterectomy. A year later, I was thankful to be cancer-free.
