Thailand February 7 2022 The Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) has published guidelines for the approval of establishing data operating centers, document retention centers and training centers. Background Insurance companies are required to undergo a stringent approval process through the OIC in order to open new branch offices, yet the requirements to open non-insurance related offices under a company's operations have so far been undefined and murky.
