For Maggie Cham, it all came down to a simple, perfect arch. Twenty years ago, she and her husband Michael were house hunting when their agent took them to see 1270 Beechwood Blvd. in Point Breeze. The classic Craftsman built in 1908-1909 was replete with character and charm. “I think when I walked through the door, I knew it was the one. But it was that archway, the paneling and that archway when you walked in the entry that did it for me. I was sold,” she recalled.
