Patrice Worthy began her career in fashion dressing runway models for AmericasMart in Chicago - working for designers like Michael Kors and shows such as Marshall Field’s Fash Bash. She went on to fit and dress the Ralph Lauren 2003 S/S runway show held at the Cooper-Hewitt Museum in New York City. Inspired by her behind-the-scenes experiences, Patrice started a weekly fashion column at the Indiana Daily Student. Justin Burke, 38 Justin Burke has been going to RVA Light for seven months. Before that he was living in Ashland, Va with a friend and began sleeping outside. The winter storm of January 2025 forced him to Richmond where stayed at an inclement weather shelter. Another friend told him about RVA Light. In 2022 Burke’s wife Julie passed away suddenly. She was 32 years old. Their daughter was 2 years old at the time and is being raised by Julie’s parents.

JarMarcus King loves to show off the technology at Reality Link Arena in Williamsburg. The arena has the Dream Park Experience, a virtual reality game that transports kids into an animated world where they jump over obstacles such as fire and mushrooms.
