SUTTON, W.Va - Spring community activities started early for Judy's Garden Club members with the very successful and timely rain barrel workshop.

SUTTON, W.Va — Fourth grade students are the perfect age to soak up information about conserving natural resources and have a hands-on experience of making a positive change in their environment. Judy's Garden Club annually presents pine tree seedlings, generously donated by Elk Conservation District, to the fourth grade students in Braxton County.

SUTTON, W.Va - With the mini- grant awarded through WV Rivers Coalition, Judy's Garden Club is excited to host a rain barrel workshop on April 18! Through this workshop Braxton residents can take home a completed 55-gallon rain barrel with hardware free of charge. Benefits of setting up a rain barrel involve having water for healthier flowers and plants without adding to the water bill, conserving water during drought periods and controlling run- off storm water.
