Redo aortic repair following previous endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) is technically challenging and associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Technological advances in fenestrated/branched endografts have brought forth new endovascular options as a rescue therapy after a failed EVAR. The purpose of this study is to compare the perioperative outcomes between these procedural approaches.
