Monsoonal moisture has moved a bit to the East, but will return before the end of the week. Expect some Northwesterly winds this afternoon, but breezes max out below the 20 m.p.h. threshold. Highs will climb back into the one-teens, with some additional humidity by Thursday and Friday.

The potential exists for thunderstorms, heavy downpours, gusty winds and lightning. The best chance of storms is later this afternoon, then humidity should ease into the weekend. Humidity remains quite high, with dew points well into the 60s today.
