The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of paper bags as a barrier for fomite transmission of SARS-CoV-2 by storing face masks, respirators, and face shields.

COVID-19 Home Test Tracking

Why is this needed? Currently, COVID-19 cases are dramatically increasing above levels that we’ve seen previously. There has also been a recent uptick in the amount of rapid at-home tests being used. However, all official counts for COVID-19 cases only include PCR tests and a small subset of rapid tests, making estimating the true impact of SARS-CoV-2 and the temporal dynamics of spread difficult to estimate.
