Android Auto's latest update could finally stop those annoying wired disconnects

Wired Android Auto disconnections are believed to be related to Advanced Protection Mode's USB Protection, which blocks data when locked. Android Auto v17.2 adds "Start Android Auto While Locked" to enable USB auto-connect even with Advanced Protection enabled. Past Android Auto disconnection fixes have had mixed results. If you're a wired Android Auto user, you're probably used to rampant disconnection issues by now.

My favorite thing about Google's Pixel line has always been how minimal and straightforward it is — it also helps that it's very iPhone-like (sorry, hardcore Android users). At the same time, the fact that the Pixel is so stripped back out of the box, especially compared to Samsung's bloated One UI, means there are useful features buried deep in my Pixel 10 Pro's Settings that I only recently discovered.

I've always been a big fan of weird Game Boy accessories, and nothing gets more odd than the Game Boy Camera. Even by 1998 digital camera standards, the Game Boy Camera offered lackluster specs, capturing a tiny 0.01434-megapixel image in just four shades of green that you could only view on your Game Boy — unless you printed them out from the pricey Game Boy Printer, of course.
